All the girls who looked after Mum were so caring, lovely and thoughtful, not only to Mum but to my dad and the wider family too. I did not request this help and was resistant! But, the help in getting my flat clean has been more uplifting than I would have realised. The visits are now welcome and often have a positive impact on my social isolation. My carers have been attentive and patient, autism is tricky! And adapted to my needs in different ways, which is interesting. Afrobeats will instil humming and singing.

The carers undertake their duties in a good, consistent manner. They treat my father with respect and dignity. The service is well-managed and cost-efficient. They are always upbeat considering the circumstances.

The girls (carers) are lovely, we talk about hobbies and what we've all been doing. Always takes my mind off what we have to do. They are always willing to help if I have a problem, like with my clothes or if I can't find something, which doesn't happen very often.
